Shipping Policy

Many products available in the Tassandraink shop are made to order, meaning each item is produced after an order is placed. The store operates on the Wix platform, and print-on-demand products are created and shipped through Printify, which integrates directly with the Wix storefront.
Please read the information below to know what to expect when you place an order.
Order Processing
Most items are created after your order is placed so that production times may vary depending on the product, current order volume, and destination.
After you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from Wix. When your order is on its way, a follow-up email with tracking information, if available, will be sent.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout on Wix and depend on your delivery address, the items in your order, and the shipping option you select.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are not guaranteed and may change due to carrier issues, customs delays for international orders, holidays, high shipping demand, or weather conditions.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you’ll receive it by email after your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to become active once the shipping label is created.
Shipping Address Accuracy
If a shipment is returned because the address was entered incorrectly, left incomplete, not claimed, or could not be delivered, I may be able to reship it. Any additional shipping fees would be the buyer's responsibility.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived yet or is still on its way, check any shipping updates you received, confirm the address on your order is correct, and reach out to the carrier if you need more information.

Wix Checkout and Subscriptions
All purchases and payments, including site-subscription payments, are processed securely through Wix. Wix manages checkout, billing, and payment processing on the platform.
