Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 15, 2026

At Tassandraink, I want you to feel confident about your purchase. Please take a moment to review this policy before ordering, as many items are made to order and some purchases are final.

My shop is hosted on Wix. Most physical products are created and shipped through Printify, which integrates directly with my Wix store. All payments, checkout, and subscription billing are processed through Wix.

Refunds & Exchanges (Physical Products)

Many Tassandraink items are printed on demand, meaning they are made specifically for you after you place an order. Because of this, returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as:

  • Changing your mind after purchase

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Deciding you no longer want the product

Please double-check product details and sizing charts before completing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, has a print error, or you receive the wrong product, I’m happy to help.

 

Please get in touch with me within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos so I can review the issue.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Photos clearly showing the problem

  • Photos of the packaging if the issue appears to be shipping-related

If your claim is approved, I will either arrange a replacement or issue a refund, based on the circumstances.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:

  • Check around your delivery location

  • Confirm the shipping address on your order

  • Ask anyone else who may have accepted the package

  • For assistance, please get in touch with the carrier directly using the provided tracking number.

If the package can’t be located, please email me right away, and I will do my best to help.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Wix. Refund timing can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

In certain situations, refunds may be limited for purchases made with gift cards or for some membership or subscription payments, depending on how checkout was completed through Wix.

 

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Gift Card Policy

Gift card purchases are final and can’t be refunded, except where required by law.

 

Please note:

  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Replacement gift cards can’t be issued if they’re lost or stolen.

  • Gift cards may only be used for eligible items on the Tassandraink website.

Memberships & Subscriptions

When you join Tassandraink, you get access to the digital content that’s available at the time. Wix handles all payments, and your membership remains active until you cancel. Once access is given, unused time can’t be refunded unless the law requires it.
